DWC Customer Support Deserves More Recognition

People have different opinions about DWC watch designs, some people hate them and some people love them. Today I’m not here to talk about the Terra or any of their other watch designs, I’m here to talk about my experience with the company as a whole.

This was my first time ordering from DWC and I faced an issue with the watch. I emailed u/DelhiWatchCompany support regarding it and honestly I was surprised by how quickly they handled and supported everything.

I got a response in less than an hour, and they arranged a replacement within a day. What stood out even more was how personal and genuine their responses felt. They were friendly throughout the process and even sent a smiley in their replies, which oddly made the whole interaction feel a lot more reassuring.

Love the watches or hate them, DWC’s customer service is genuinely commendable. Getting issues resolved through them was an absolute breeze. It’s honestly impressive how a microbrand is able to offer this level of support and personalization.

This certainly won’t be the last time I'll order from DWC. I really hope they continue maintaining this level of service and support because I couldn’t be more thrilled to support this microbrand.
