Temple and Webster- Dont Waste your time!
Ordered a dining table applying 2 flex gift cards. The site accepted both cards but applied only one, rendering the other promo code unfit for re-use. Several attempts to get my issue sorted with their terrible chatbot and equally terrible customer reps. I've waited over a week and no one from their accounts bothered to respond. Luckily, I'd paid through Paypal, so was able to raise a complaint there. To which I finally received a call from T & W. They asked me to close the Paypal complaint even before placing the credit (really?!), to which I clearly refused. I got an email the same evening stating my refund is under process. I'm still waiting. If it wasnt for Paypal, I wouldve lost my $100 thanx to T&W. Dont waste your time.
Product quality is good though.
