My newly 11 month old has been waking at 5am everybody single morning despite what his naps or bedtime is. We leave him in there until at least 6:30 so he just babbles or whines. We always hope helll fall back asleep but rarely. 2 naps a day at 10 and 2:30ish. Gets 3 hours max combined for day sleep. Bedtime typically 7:30. We’ve tried doing later and earlier but doesn’t affect anything. Any ideas?? It’s making for a difficult morning and I would love to block it out like my husband does but I can’t lol

Are there any spas in FW for a group of 3 to go and not be completely separate the entire time? Like with saunas or rooms where you can get facials at the same time?
