Cat Robot server in the area?

Hi Everyone. This is super random but My friend's birthday is coming up this weekend and her birthday wish is to go to a restaurant with a cat robot server (attaching a pic for reference). Does anyone know of a place close to the Fairfax area with one?

In terms of food she is a huge hibachi and japanese food fan but is open to other ideas as long as there is a robot lol.
