My classmate goons in class almost everyday and hasn't been punished, what should i do?
I have a classmate that has been touching himself during class almost everyday for the past 2 years. Our class has talked to our teachers about it and he hasn't been punished in any way.
I don't want to shame on him, but it makes everyone in class unconfortable, what should i do?
