Hey guys linux noob i recently installed ubuntu on an old pc and all was well and recently videos are stutter freezing about every second, sometimes playing audio but not video for several seconds. i tested other video streaming/different browser, aswell as updating drivers and it doesnt seem to be network related. i've also tried turning hardware acceleration on and where turning it off bascially disables video all together. i've searched pretty hard for a solution and im totally stumped so kind of a last resort asking here. its late im sick of fucking around looking for a solution so if you have any ideas leave them here and ill give it a try and reply back tomorrow.
