FXD GMT from Grailzee

About a month or so ago I purchased this absolutely mint FXD GMT from Grailzee. Warranty card indicated it was purchase in July of 2025.

After about a week of wearing it I realized the time was already off by a few minutes. I wound the watch, reset it using an online gmt clock and checked it each day at the exact same time.

The results... I'm losing 15 seconds a day. Every day.

A local Tudor dealer indicated this was not normal. I contacted Grailzee and they requested the watch be returned for inspection. After about 3 weeks of "testing" this was their reply.

"After running it through several time cycles, they’ve confirmed that the watch is performing within standard, though it is on the lower end of the acceptable range. Given these results, the authentication center suggests that you may want to wear the watch for a while to see how it performs in daily use. If you continue to notice issues or are not satisfied with its performance, taking it to an authorized Tudor dealer for service under the factory warranty could be a good next step."

My understand is this movement is -0/+5.

Am I incorrect? Am I wrong to be annoyed by this diagnosis/lack of resolution?
