Guys I need advice. So this morning I had my AP environmental exam at eight in the morning. I woke up with a pretty bad optical migraine and I couldn’t see. I had to wait to drive to school because I couldn’t see obviously and no one else could take me. I got to school around 825-830 and I spoke to multiple people at my school including attendance, AP coordinators, guidance office, main office, etc, and they all said that I couldn’t take the test late and I can’t retake/reschedule. I take these tests like AP exams and SATS in a separate room because I have double time. (I know crazy but it takes me forever to read stuff.) It’s always just me alone in the room with the proctor so there wasn’t anyone I was disrupting or joining a room late. But they said there was nothing they can do. My mom said she’s going to get a note from my doctor and psychiatrist and see if I can order a retake. Has this ever happened to anyone? If so, were you able to take your exam? If anyone knows anything or has any advice please let me know! I worked really hard to study for this exam and I’m really upset I’m not able to take it.
