Hi, I'm looking for an expert to make this island-type world for me, as I don't know ANYTHING about how to use it.

I'm looking for:

Mainly flat terrain, with small elevation changes for most of the island, to build MASSIVE cities
Gets more hilly and mountainous nearer the back side, with a Scandinavian-esque forest you'd find in Sweden and Finland
At least one big peninsula jutting out on the flat side, sort of like Denmark
Idk if you can change the biomes, but if you can, I guess sort of like a snowy plains, or something like Sweden and Norway.

Make the top portion hilly, mountainous, and forested, and the rest mostly flat enough for building.
