I’m still new to starbucks so i’m still figuring out certain rules. My manager has never explicitly stated holidays are off limits to request off for, and my coworkers have never had an issue either. I requested off in advance for independence day until the next day, and was accepted and then denied the request. Is there a rule that you can’t request off certain holidays that i just don’t know about? i know some jobs say you cannot request off holidays but i don’t remember seeing anything saying that, maybe that rule just slipped my mind.
