Probleme mit der Filamentsensor-Kalibrierung Core One +

Hello.

I have a Core One+ running firmware version 6.5.3+12780.

I had a problem with a print yesterday, so I tried running through all the tests and calibrations. That had helped me twice before. Everything went well until I got to the filament sensor calibration. I cleaned both filament sensors, even though I hadn’t touched them; I checked the wiring, reflashed the firmware, and unplugged the printer for five minutes. None of it worked. The display on the printer recommends enabling the log. Unfortunately, I can’t really make sense of it.

I hope someone can help me out, because I’m at a loss.
