Screenshotted and cropped this picture cause I couldn't save it after the mods deleted the post I took it from but I'm posting it again.
I'm white and live in a predominantly white country I do not experience racism, when people that experience racism talk about racism I'm meant to listen and learn, so are you other white people, it's that simple! It is not infighting to point out the racism in our community there is racism on the fucking world, there is a white supremecy, if you're white you do some racism intentionally or otherwise. We have to learn to recognise when we or our white peers are being racist so we can unlearn it so we can combat it. White people are more likely to listen to other white people it's why it's so important for us to strive to be as educated and anti racist as possible. If someone says you're being racist that doesn't necessarily mean they're accusing you of being a racist. We're not meant to get offended and immediately deflect we're meant to get uncomfortable sit with it and learn why it makes us feel that way. Is it pleasant? Not really, but we do not have to suffer racism we can handle some discomfort. I can tell you right now I have been through hell and am very much still in it! However I somewhat recognise how many barriers I haven't had to face and the advantages I've been afforded by the colour of my skin.
If you're not a racist and you recognise how all of us as white people can do better why do you have a problem seeing non white people, especially black people, calling out racism? Why does that make you uncomfortable? If this community is truly as racism free as people like to point out posts calling out racism wouldn't get deleted and they'd be filled with people asking to learn and educating each other instead of trying to shut down the conversation and pointing out how good we are actually.
Edit: There are a lot of comments (or Reddit is gltiching for me idk) and as I've admitted in other posts I'm not exactly an expert I have a hell of a lot more reading and learning to do but I still know these are discussions we have to have.
