I want to try to culture a fibroblast cell line with medium from a cancer cell line . Any specific parameter to take in the account? Does the "exausted" media need to be partially refreshed with new medium? If so, in which ratio? Do the media need to be filtered before being transferred to the other cell line? What about timing? Can the conditioned media be frozen?
