How bad is it? Specially in STEM and upper-level business classes.

For English courses open to exchange students, how feasible is it to get good grades studying 4-5 hours a day?

How competitive is course registration for undergraduate exchange students in Computer Science classes, especially upper-level courses?

Can anyone share their experience? I know that registration for some majors, such as Psychology, Business, and International Relations, can be fiercely competitive.
