More cardio this month?

I know burn usually has 3 days of conditioning and 3 days of strength but is there more focus on conditioning this month?

I joined in March and fell in love! This whole month though I literally dread going.. the conditioning classes are insane.. I came from another bootcamp style gym but I feel like there was more of a focus on strength..

Also, I’m definitely building muscle but I feel and look boxy?? Is this normal when going through body recomposition? My legs are sturdy but wow they look and feel bigger.
