Account hacked and cannot change phone number
Another case of Bilt points account getting hacked and drained into gift cards... worst part is the hacker changed my phone number and created a passkey so now I can't change my number back. They've realized I am in the account and I am just watching them drain the account in real time. Reached out to Bilt thru chat and they just keep saying they'll look into it and get back to me lollll.
What's interesting is that I had zero email and phone number notifications. If my email was hacked, I would definitely know because I have another email account linked and am notified each time I login from another device. Just tried from my partner's laptop and got the notification from that other email, but went back and checked the dates that the hacker transactions were made and never saw any notifications.
PLS HELP! It was over 100k in points rip.
