Looking to invest in West Hyderabad — either a flat or villa. It doesn’t necessarily have to be ready-to-move; I’m comfortable waiting 2–3 years for completion.

Budget:
• Around ₹2 Cr overall
• Preferably ~₹1.5 Cr all-inclusive if possible if OTP

Would really appreciate guidance on:
• Which areas are currently promising for appreciation and livability
• Good builders/projects to consider
• Whether flat or villa makes more sense in the current market
• Any upcoming growth corridors or areas to avoid
