I have paid the application fee and received the text msg that the registration is complete but I haven't received it on my mail. What should I do?

I have cleared rrb po and would be joining this week. Now I am thinking to prepare for insurance and regulatory body exams for better wlb and pay. Could anyone pls tell me what are the transfer policies and initial postings in NIACL and nicl as AO. My preference is to stay in North or west India. And is there any chance of getting home posting or near to home in these exams? Thank you :))
