A couple of days ago I fully powered my honor off to go into an exam. Since then the finger print has stopped working. I checked my settings and it has manually turned of fingerprint ID. However when I go to turn it back on it asks for my fingerprint but doesn't do anything when I put my finger on. I can't add a new fingerprint because the setting is turned off and I can't turn it back on because it needs read my fingerprint. Has anyone experienced this recently? Is it an issue because of a recent update? I have never had this happen with my previous honor phones not has it happened in my year owning my currently one. It's a real pain as it means all the things I had fingerprinted no longer work. Any advice or input would be great.
