Figure out how much home you can really afford, how soon you can retire - and make tradeoffs

If you want to buy that big home, how much does it delay retirement? If you fund kids college fully, can you buy a bigger home? If you cut expenses 10% can you retire early?

I made Planwell (https://planwell.ai) to help answer these financial questions, make tradeoffs between various goals and plan your finances comprehensively. Do try it out and give me feedback.

Hi everyone! (Mod-approved post 💙) I'm a woman building Planwell financial planning webapp for making unbiased financial decisions. Most of us have big financial goals that compete with each other and no good way to prioritize between them.

Can you upgrade to a bigger home and still retire early? Could cutting expenses by 10% let you retire 5 years sooner? Could you fully fund your kids' college and still buy that house?

I'm a woman and a founder, and I built this because I couldn't find a tool that thought about financial planning the way I did. I was actually looking to buy a home and also plan for my child's college but the financial planner we went to was only interested in putting our family funds in high fees options. This got me thinking that there should be a product that does this without bias and gives honest financial recommendations.

Core functionality is completely free — if you've ever felt like you're guessing at these decisions, it's worth a look at planwell.ai.

I am constantly updating the product and am open to any and all feedback to make it useful for everyone.
