hello i’m 19 years old and i found out a little over a month ago to have ocd and im in therapy for it but never technically got diagnosed to my knowledge,when i first had intrusive thoughts obviously i was scared and had high anxiety and the thought and images just wouldn’t stop but after about 3-4 weeks i think my brain and body got used to them although i have no anxiety or fear i still have the intrusive thoughts 24/7 and im just confused and a little worried because everyone who i see dealing with ocd online don’t start calming down until after quite awhile of having these thoughts can someone help me out here with this like i said i had a horrible 3-4 weeks before this that lead me to therapy and calling the 911 hotline but the emotions have just stopped any advice would be appreciated
