Hip Surgery with Ocrevus
Just curious if anyone has had to have hip surgery while on Ocrevus and if so how was the outcome?
I just had to have a MRI of my left hip and I have grade 3 cartilage damage and a tear. I was in physical therapy for my hips last year, they are always achy and weak but I just assumed it may be because I also have had spinal stenosis for the past 20 years that is not related to my MS. They had me perform a few self adjustments with a belt or strap and next thing I know jf I cannot even walk properly. I just assumed it would heal on its own and it never did so I had the MRI. They have suggested injections or possibly surgery which I am leery to have after taking Ocrevus because I don’t think I will heal properly. I would love to hear if anyone has had surgery and if you healed as expected or had an unfavorable outcome. Thanks !
