grind size issue or uneven distribution? [Breville Bambino/Timemore C3 Esp Pro Grinder]
I’ve been trying to dial in my shot, 15.5g beans for roughtly 30 seconds for 30g of coffee out. I used a wdt tool and mhw bomber tamper for puck prep. Advice would be greatly appreciated
