This fucking company sucks they have a point system to just play with your job god forbid you call in or request a damn day off and then you talk to your boss about it and the point stays on your record especially if you asked ahead of time I had 3 points that were all from days I had requested off and they just decided to charge me for them anyways so shift end comes in about to go home and I get fired so honestly I hope they eating shit rn if you have a point system that you can add to you should take away and they just didn’t give a shit and my boss I swear I could never find where they would be or spend their days we could be getting so busy on the floor and staging and literally I see other members of management helping and they are nowhere to be found until it calms down then I can see them walking around the store but fire me for days I request off heard
