Issues with wifi and re-adding charging bases
I recently had to change my wifi password, which meant that I had to try and reconnect my charging bases to the app. However, I'm having a great deal of trouble with it. I had to update the wifi network, but now it's not even finding the network to update it, and it's not finding the charging bases to re add them. When plugged in, one charger blinks green twice really quick, then blinks yellow once kind of slow before starting that pattern over again, while the other just blinks green kinda slow over and over again. I've talked to customer support over the phone, email, and live chat, and tried all the steps they gave me, but nothing has worked. I've tried resetting the bases as well, but that hasn't worked either. I'm so confused and lost on what to do from here, or if this issue can even be resolved. At this point, I'm thinking of switching to another gps tracking collar, but I don't even know what I'd switch to. Has anyone else experienced this before? And if so, were you able to fix it?
