Hi everyone! I graduate nursing school this August and really want to go into psych nursing. I’m in Southern California and was wondering how hard it is to get hired into a hospital psych unit as a new grad RN?

Any advice on getting started, hospitals that hire new grads into psych, or ways to stand out as an applicant would be appreciated. I’d love to hear your experiences. Thanks!
