I just started birth control today, our 1st egg retrieval is tentatively scheduled for mid June. We have been dealing with infertility for five years. My husband has for the most part stayed out of a hot tub for five years.

TODAY. He did a cold plunge and 5 mins later got into our hot tub 100 degrees for 15-20 mins. He said he put an ice pack on his junk but I told him that’s not exactly how that works.

We are already doing ICSI because our main issue is motility and morphology but wtf.

Is this going to drastically change our results now?
