Hi all, I’ve got a good chunk of black wool that I’m wanting to make into a cape coat for next winter. I found the vogue Paris 1125 A cape coat (?) pattern from the 60s and fell in love with it, but it’s no longer in print and I could not find anything even remotely similar online. I honestly have no idea how to even describe it to try to search for something more specific than just a cape coat. I would try just drafting it freehand, but I don’t know how to approach drafting something that‘s so open and non-fitted without looking like it just fits poorly.

Does anyone know of a similar pattern or a way that I could draft this myself?
