i have to study. i keep not doing it, even when i internally scream at myself. so why? and what do i do?

for reference: i am clearly not normal, i cannot pick up social cues, can rarely understand conteхt, etc., generally i am not normal, not staying i have adhd or autism or anything like it (no diagnosis) but i am not normal
