So in the last days I tried to fix the thermal throttle, high temps and low fps by using MSI afterburn

I found that undervolting is the way but I have some problems (I think so):

1. The first problem is that when i watch tutorials the guy`s gpu mhz is 1700. Mine is 1057. Why?

2. There is literally no difference applied

3. When I game my gpu mhz go to something like 800-900. Is that ok? Should I change as quick as possible my thermal paste? Is the thermal paste the main problem??
