Tried using Aha music and even any other music identifier website or app, and we even tried deciphering the lyrics in japanese to look it up but no luck. The music that plays at 0:16 of Tamakids video "Exploring Harajuku day LA! GYARU TAKEOVER!" https://youtu.be/_Jkymfyqsdw Could either be part of an anime ost or a jpop song, no clue.

Hoping someone knows what this song is as me and my friend we're going to insane trying to find it. Thank you to anyone who's willing to help.
