UPDATE: just received it thanks to quick escalation by the support team helping on Reddit!

Redemption times are absolutely terrible. Day 4 about to be day 5. No support no nothing. Was verified quick but redemption been pending since apr 23 for “instant prepaid card”. Very aggravating. Anyone planning on playing here just don’t. Everyone else who is waiting on redemption I say just don’t log on anymore.
