Cat appears dead despite new battery

Hi- please help me work out if this is a terminal state or worth trying to revive.
2011 Honda Civic, 239000km
Using it to teach my 16yo daughter to drive

Last service about 2000km ago, all good. Battery in poor health at that stage, knew it would need replacing soon.

Last Monday night- car is unexpectedly dead. Zero response to key fob or the trying to start the car. Not even the grr grr grr of trying to start a car with a dead battery. Nothing. Completely dead

Next day- purchase and install replacement battery- instant success. Car is alive and everything works. Hoorah! Problem solved.

Except tonight, totally dead again. No response to key fob or trying to turn car on. Nothing.

Can’t blame the battery this time.

Please help advise me- what can cause this? And how far to chase this in a 15 year old Honda?

Thanks for your time and expertise.

Also, it’s definitely a dead car not a dead cat but it won’t let me edit the title.
