It would be so much better if they let us fulfill shopping order where we already are.

Why make us drive to a store 10 miles away to shop an order thats literally coming back to be delivered a quarter mile from the supercenter you are already in the parking lot to?

Just because the customer ordered from a specific one. Who cares.

They should have a "reassign" button. IE once you accept the order, click a button to have it reassigned to a store closer to your current position, and no further away from the customer than the originally requested store.

Seems like common sense.

Not sure about everybody else is market in mine you need to be a couple miles from the store

I have a growing sample size over several months now. If you are super close to the store and still well outside the pick up area spots you have virtually zero chance of getting an offer. Drive 2 miles down the road from the store you literally just set up for an hour plus and you get a bunch of them for that very store.

How does that even begin to make sense? The customer has to wait longer and it's really inefficient for us drivers. And then they Wonder why we won't take their little crappy offers.

The problem is the way they run their business, not the way we run ours.

Customer enters wrong address that is 2 miles away and it's my fault?

I call him up I'm like this address doesn't exist. He's like yeah we entered the wrong one. I'm like well I can't deliver that's 2 mi away the pin won't allow me. I'm going to have to return it and support would probably tell you to change the address and re order. And now 20 minutes after completing the return he's still blowing my phone up every 30 seconds.

Spoke to support who verified what I told the customer was accurate and that we aren't authorized to do any work arounds for customers to deliver at anything but the address listed in the customer delivery profile.

Unreal

Anyone having camera issues today? In order to scan the barcodes?

Is anyone else having issues scanning the barcodes with their camera today? And then when I try to enter it manually even the exact UPC number it constantly says it's not the correct item? Never had this happen in two plus years

It's no coincidence that a new CEO took over in February took a couple months to put the new changes.

The old CEO clearly believed in a free marketplace he didn't care if the workforce was legal, but this nee CEO clearly thinks it's okay to Rob the workforce delivering the companies underlying business Services.

Dirt ball in my book. Widespread changes don't happen like this without it coming from the very top.

The guy needs to make sure his new stock options become valuable. Even though he started off as an hourly associate just like the last CEO, this one clearly has no values for humanity.

I really wish I had been wrong as a long time shopper that stayed away from pickup orders, but now shopping orders are in such incredible demand that I'm seeing roughly 20% of the volume I used to and the ones I see pay significantly less than they ever did before on average.

Thank God I start a new job on Monday this last 6 weeks between jobs on spark has been absolutely terrible I feel like I'm getting smacked in the face everyday. Robbed

Only rating I have that's less than sapphire. It sits at 97 percent so next month I don't qualify for any . Why?

Because when someone asks for strawberry soda and the app doesn't offer a substitute I refuse to swap it out with something like grape soda. They are not remotely the same and I'm not going to eat a 1 star review for subbing out something which makes no sense whatsoever. I'd be ticked off if some shopper made a sub that didn't make sense and I had to eat the cost or spend 20 minutes on the phone with WM to get a refund.

Or a customer wants a Caesar salad kit and they don't have any in stock so I'm supposed to "pick a substitute". I'm supposed to give them what exactly Romain lettuce? Obviously they wanted the entire kit with croutons and dressing for a reason.

Now I'm supposed to sub out things so the t.i.p gets removed?(what few are left) gets removed because they customer paid for something they didn't want or gashes me with a one star review or worse calls and claims their entire order was delivered to the wrong address?

It's criminal.

What's up with this sub anymore? I can't talk about a new j.o.b. I'm starting without it claiming I am discussing e.a.r.n.i.n.g.s?

Good riddance. You too reddit with your clown rules to protect corporate greed.

So today mind you 45 year old never been in an accident in my life neither my fault or anyone else's. I've always been able to avoid the accidents that other people almost created with me by paying attention.

Today driving down the highway in the second from the right lane doing the speed limit guy in the right lane decides just to change lanes into the left lane nearly side swiping me only because the lane to the left of me had nobody in it I was able to maneuver to the left and avoid the collision at 65 mph.

So then I get to the place I was going to shop leaving the parking lot I don't have a stop sign doing 20 mph in a 25 mile an hour zone some lady runs her stop sign I have to slam on the brakes to stop all of the foot short of smashing into the passenger side of her vehicle t-boning her.

Then here's where it really gets good! I get home I parked my car. Walk into my house and I hear a thud look outside some lady backed out of her parking spot and hit my vehicle!

Seriously you can't make this up!

If that's not some final destination, the universe was always going to put me in an accident somehow or another today I don't know what it is.
