Renovation advice

We are remodeling our bathroom. We just went through mold remediation because they found two leaks. The vanity and the toilet.

At this point we are just going to start over. I want to rip out the current tub and shower (mainly to verify there’s no hidden leaks but also because they’re ugly)

I tried to ai generate some photos but it never can comprehend what it’s looking at.

I am going to include the photo from when we bought the house, the attempted ai generated photo and the remediation photos because that’s all I have at this point. It’s hard to visualize. I even videoed it to help, but it wouldn’t upload. We have a small toilet room, next to it is the tub, there’s a storage closet and then a small shower. Both closets are on either side. Our reno guy even mentioned knocking down the wall to make the shower larger.

I will take whatever advice you are willing to offer. Thank you!!

Best anti rust

What is the best option for running a rid o rust system for my sprinklers that are on well water?

My fiance voted against buying the typical Home Depot one. He wanted to buy the tub and siphon it himself. We just couldn’t decide on the product.

I’m just looking for your shared experiences, thank you!

Sprinkler help

We currently have this sprinkler set up. I am thinking about upgrading, maybe rachio 3? We have so many broken sprinklers that need to fix, but don’t even know what zones or how best to control it.

If we upgrade it, can we get rid of this wire? Does the wire look unsafe? Literally any recommendation at this point.

(no I don’t want to call that number on there— we bought this house and have had so many issues)
