I have been trying to reach them for days, you wait for 1-2 hours in the queue online, then they either end the chat, or somebody appears and then ghosts you.. or they send an email where they ghost you too... I should also have access to sending messages to their number but they can't identify that my number is linked to my account, so they ghost me there too... seems like an infinite loop and waste of time.. I am not from the US so calling them would make me waste 100 eur.. what should I do?
