Hi all, I hope this isn’t a dumb question, but for those of us that take birth control, how do you log it? Particularly the pill. I know the bleed with the pill is more of a withdrawal bleed than actual cycle. I guess i’m just not sure how to log my period with not really having an actual one? Should i just not bother logging at all?
