Hi guys,

I’ve made various posts here over several accounts over the years. Recently I had a pretty long period where I thought everything was gradually improving. Taking nothing particularly out of the ordinary, with my daily supp routine consisting of: Omega 3s, Vit D+ K2, a prebiotic, and sometimes a maca complex and tribulis.

Following a few nights of pretty rough sleep, I had a particularly busy day at work that needed focus. So, stupidly, I made myself an electrolyte drink and chucked a hefty scoop of creatine in having recently seen a video talking about the positive effects of creatine after a night of sleep. I felt fine during the day but two days later a whole cascade of mental and physical symptoms have appeared.

  1. If I even stop for a second to think, I realise how physically exhausted I am doing even basic tasks

  2. a brain fog so bad I can barely hold a conversation

  3. no libido at all

  4. can’t tolerate caffeine - just straight to anxiety

  5. after eating a big carbohydrate heavy meal, my entire body gets super heavy and a panic-like feeling settles in (probably something to do with insulin sensitivity)

Not really looking for advice here but if anyone has any that would be great. Just feel so stupid. I was doing well and now I have an array of symptoms I can’t ignore preventing me from just ‘living’.
