Ro insurance
Hi y'all! I was just wondering does Ro actually use insurance?? I got my zepbound prescription and I was paying $30 for the first 3 months and then it skyrocketed to $400+. The thing is I never got a notification from my insurance that they're covering my prescription and I always get one for everything else because they send me a notification saying they were reached out to and the thing they're covering is very important and they've deemed that they are going to cover it.
I did a lot of research and everyone seems to get a discounted price for the first 3 months and then their price skyrockets and I've found out that they just put a discount that we can't see on the prescription for 3 months only. I've asked them to redo my PA 2 and 3 times now with no response back and I've had to submit proof that I have sleep apnea the last time, but why wouldn't they have me do that from the beginning when they most likely knew that I needed that for full coverage? I just need to know if they're actually reaching out to insurance companies or just giving us this discount that others are saying they're doing.
