Math Majors, what are you doing after graduation?

Just wondering, I'm going into math and stats this fall and I was wondering if I could get some insight into what direction to go in. I'm interested in the tech/finance field, but I am open to hearing what y'all are going into and your reasons.

Mac Math or UW FARM

I recently got into UW FARM and Mcmaster Math and Stats. I was wondering which program might be better suited for me in the future.

For starters, both my siblings went to Waterloo, and I have heard from friends that it's a really cut-throat, competitive school, so automatically, I'm not really interested in going to the school. On the other hand, the program is really good from what I have heard. Including the co-op opportunities and school name, it should be a lot easier to get a job in the future in tech/finance - quant-related fields because of the Waterloo name.

Regarding McMaster, the program is not as well-known, there's no structured co-op, and I'm worried I won't be able to have a good job in the future or a job I want in quant/finance/tech because of the lack of co-op experience. I have a lot of friends, however, who are going to Mac and the social life there seems better. I have also read from many people on this subreddit that the profs at Mac for Math are really good.

I'm really torn on which school to go to. I really want to go to McMaster, but am I making a really bad decision by not going to FARM and risking my future in this field??

SOMEONE PLZ HELP!
