Mismatch line width on laptop and drawing tablet

I recently got a Artist 13.3 pro v2. When I draw on it the lines are very thin and pixelated even., especially when I am morphing or resizing the drawings. When on my laptop nothing of that sort happens. I tried changing the display scale and it didn't work. I use krita btw maybe it's a krita issue but I doubt it due to it working fine on my laptop and I have downloaded the latest driver for it.

Value practice

Kinda couldn't figure out how to make the nose and lips look less smudgy but over all I am happy how it turned out.

Day 3 vs Day 1

It's been 3 days or so that I have started studying values/rendering I think I am making good progress but I am not satisfied. Can you suggest me some source that helps with rendering and values.

I have decent concept of the fundamentals for line art but am a complete beginner when it comes to those 2 and I suppose materials for colors would help alot too.

Midtones are cooking me alive

Finally started studying on values and how the hell do you do the mid tones? I think I got a decent grasp at the core shadow and ambient light but my midtones look so smudgy.
