Is this normal? I have almost 2 years with the company as a P1. Recently was moved into an REA role with pretty minimal guidance. Very nervous as I have only seen a small portion of a project’s development process.. I am getting questions from P5/P6 engineers and I have no clue how to answer. Typically just play middleman between them and someone who knows. Not exactly getting much coaching or training on what’s expected of me.
