Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a technical co-founder to join me in building a platform in the sports performance space focused on helping teams and athletes better understand readiness, recovery, and performance through data and software. The problem sits at the intersection of sports, data, and applied AI.

A little about me: I played Division 1 baseball at a Power 4 program and have spent years around high-performance athletics. That experience led me to a problem in the sports world that I’ve been actively exploring and validating over the past several months.

I’ve begun building an MVP, speaking with potential users, and doing early market validation. I’ve also invested my own capital into getting things off the ground and am fully committed to building this into a venture-scale company.

I’m looking for a technical co-founder who wants to build something from the ground up — not just execute tasks, but help shape product direction, architecture, and long-term technical strategy.

What I’m looking for:

Strong full-stack engineering background
Experience or strong interest in AI/data-driven products
Entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable with an equity-first early stage arrangement
Based in Austin (or open to relocating / spending significant time here)
Long-term commitment to building a real company

This is not a freelance role or “build my idea” situation. I’m looking for a true partner to build alongside.
