Account ban
My silver account was banned yesterday for apparently reselling tickets for the Bournemouth. I have proof I went to the game and used the ticket myself. Have been a member for about 7 years attending almost every home game. Got a ticket on there for Burnley and have no idea if I’ll even be at the game.
I called few times yesterday they kept saying I have to fill out a form and wait for someone to get back to me. Just seems ridiculous to me that I’ve spent so much time, effort and money and they can just ban my account without any proof before one of the biggest games of the season and I have to go through all this headache and generic forms to get my account back.
Any help and advice appreciated if anyone else has been in a similar situation.
