Hi I was building my PC and recently tried installing my crucial desktop DDR5 128GB ram (CT2K64G56C46U5) and somehow the motherboard gave me an error code of 21.

I suspect its due to how I installed it in the sense that I couldn't get it to click when i press the ram down onto the motherboard.

Can i ask should the micron sticker side face the left hand side or the right hand side
