Hi I live in the UK i am from spain and i have spanish passport , so obviously i won't need a visa and my partner is non eu citizen he is on a spouse extension visa in the uk. We are married in bangladesh and we have the marriage certificate that is in english i know we need to translate it in spanish and we have marriage registration not sure if we need this ? my child is british citizen so doesn't need a visa. we will provide the documents what is needed . But iam not sure who fills the application form details would it be the applicant ? i heard we need to provide travel itinerary so iam not sure what to write there and how much have to be written. we will be going to a hotel or apartment for a week for tourism. Also, where do i get the travel insurance ?

what documents do i need to provide? can it be likely refused the visa.?

i think its different from tourist visa .

Hi i have been reading the flrm approved email it says When your permission to stay ends If you want to stay in the UK after your current permission ends, you must make a new application:

Before your current permission ends, and

No more than 28 days before your current permission ends.

Could someone explain what this it means? Does it mean for ilr to apply 28 days before visa expires? it will be more than 28 days before visa expires when my partner applies.

I have seen posts that people are getting from HO saying to apply 28 days before your visa ends .
