Hey MN residents. been living in the city for 3 years and looking to buy my first home this year but just wanted to hear the opinion of others who also live here

my budget is $350k and I am looking to buy somewhere 15mins or less from downtown as I work there. for reference I've been living in uptown and the proximity to downtown, shops, nature and things to do are the main things I'm looking for.

No kids so school district is not important and I don't mind moderate levels of crime lol

I will probably pick the place with the most upvotes
