it has 10 foot thick armor of layered titanium steel and with some aluminum as an outer layer each layer is separate but welded together but this heavy armor reduces speed leading to its reliance on the engines for speed.the pilot is in the chest behind 16 foot thick armored layers of steel,titanium,titanium-tungstein alloy and lastly carbon steel fiber layered on the outside it also features kevlar mesh layered on top of and below chainmail that covers the joints but it also causes heat to be trapped so it vents it into the swords.
Piloting system and sensory array
Doesn't use drift instead it uses a mix of motion capture suit and motion capture cameras to get the movement (think megaminds mech) and uses cameras on the head and a VR headset to let the pilot see the world but it also has radar in case the head is cut off.
Heat and weapons upgrading
The heat caused by the mech is vented into the swords making them very very hot
The hydraulics used to move this thing are huge and strong but even then its slow

It can temporarily open its reactor unleashing a concentrated beam of ions and xrays as well as radiation and heat but it drains its power
