I’m relocating to the Milwaukee area and have been doing my research on neighborhoods. Right now I’m most interested in Historic Third Ward, Walker’s Point, Bay View, Oak Creek, and possibly even Kenosha, open to exploring all of them.
Budget: $1,400–$1,750 /month for a 1BR, 1Bath
Would love to hear from people who have actually lived in these areas:
• Any apartment complexes or buildings you’d recommend?
• Are there management companies in the area known for being responsive and actually taking care of their tenants?
• Anything to avoid?
Not just looking for the prettiest listing photos, genuinely interested in real experiences: management quality, maintenance responsiveness, noise levels, safety, etc.
