Hi all, within the last few months my chest has started to break out into these acne-like non-itchy bumps. I never experienced this before around January. Right now, I use a gentle soap to cleanse every night and 4% BP wash ~2x a week (since it’s not uncommon for me to get some isolated pimples on my chest, but this is unprecedented). I use the Eucerin Roughness Relief lotion with 10% urea to moisturize most nights. It hasn’t budged, and if anything has gotten more noticeable. I briefly tried using Nizoral to sus out if it was fungal to no avail, but I didn’t stick with it for more than a couple weeks. Anyone with a similar issue? Have you found any relief? I’m kinda desperate here. I miss my smooth chest 😖
